This paper analyzes the security issues of the cloud computing in four aspects.They are the cloud,the client,the transmission,and the data storage.And based on this,we propose a solution strategy with the hierarchical thinking.There are five-level procedures,the independent data layer,the database access layer,the server access layer,the network access layer and the access layer.The five layers can insure the security of the cloud computing in theory.
