　　The flow of a fluid through a cylindrical tube in the presence of peripheral layer of a Newtonian fluid with different viscosity is having an application in the area of blood flow in artery.The relationship between flow rate and pressure is very important,therefore it is calculated along with the trapping and reflux limits.
