Invasion and metastasis of tumor cells are often fatal to cancer patients,which is one of the biggest challenges of conquering cancer.The activation and execution of cancer invasion and metastasis involves in a complex network of intracellular,extracellular molecule levels(such as reactive oxygen species,ROS,matrix metalloproteinase,MMPs)and signaling cascades.1-2 Obviously,fluorescence sensing is a powerful detection tool for the analytes,owing to its invasive,visual and real-time properties.
