Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate the diagnostic value of Magnetic Resonance Elastography(MRE)for different stages of hepatic fibrosis. Methods: Pubmed,Embase,Web of science,Cochrane library,Wanfang data,Cqvip,CNKI,and CBM were searched for relevant publications.Furthermore, acquired articles were screened and their methodological qualities were evaluated.Stata software(version 13)was used to conduct the statistical analysis. The ROC curve for MRE was generated, then the areas under the curve(AUC)were calculated. Results : A total of 25 studies were included. The pooled sensitivity and specificity for F≥1,F≥2,F≥3,and F=4 were 0.89,0.91,0.93,0.97 and 0.95,0.94,0.92,0.95,and the areas under curve(AUC)were 0.95,0.97,0.98,and 0.98,respectively.Conclusion:MRE has high sensitivity and specificity and presents a considerable diagnostic value for determining different hepatic fibrosis stages.MRE has a broad prospect and is expected to replace invasive pathological examination to a certain extent.
