At present,Chinas economy is coming into the new normality,and the economic structure is adjusting,and industrial transformation is upgrading.The 18th national congress explicitly put forward that “scientific and technological innovation is an important strategic support of the social productive forces and the comprehensive national strength,and it must be placed in the core position of the overall development of the country”.In this context,the implementation of innovation driven development strategy is speeding up.Medium-small-sized science and technology enterprises are the important subject of science and technology innovation,and they are the important driver for changing the way of economic development,and strong support to lead the development of new strategic industries,and the main driving force to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.In recent years,the national pay more attention to medium-small-sized science and technology enterprises,and provide a good environment.But,enterprises still face financing problems,which seriously restricted enterprises health,sustainable development.Therefore,through in-depth analysis of financing problems,breaking financing "bottleneck",is particularly important.
