Elastic squared form factors of atomic helium have been determined by high resolution x-ray scattering at an incident photon energy of 9889.98 eV and an energy resolution of 25 meV for the first time.We also calculated the elastic squared form factors of helium by combining the calculated wavefunctions based on GAUSSIAN software and our new-developed computer program.The presently calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
