目的：在体外观察瑞香素抗肠道病毒71的作用效果。方法：瑞香素作用于RD细胞,CCK-8法检测其细胞毒性,并分别在病毒感染细胞的不同阶段加入不同浓度瑞香素,观察细胞病变(CPE),CCK-8法检测并计算病毒抑制率、半数有效浓度(IC50),评价瑞香素的抗病毒效果。
