本文研究了一类单种细菌在两种抗菌药物作用下的医院抗生素模型。与之前的模型不同，我们假定有部分病人进入医院时已经携带耐药病菌。通过比较病人无重复感染和有重复感染两种情形，我们发现无重复感染情形动力学行为比较简单，仅有唯一稳定的平衡点，而重复感染情形则出现复杂的双稳现象。
