We will give some necessary and sufficient conditions for the scaling properties and the inclusions between alpha-modulation and Besov spaces.Criteria for alpha-modulation spaces formulate multiplication algebra are obtained.As a by-product,we show that there exists an alpha-modulation space which is not an interpolation space between modulation and Besov spaces.
