富士康员工连环跳楼自杀事件属于典型的心理危机事件,媒体主要从社会学的视角,比如社会冲突视角、结构-功能视角和符号互动视角等方面进行报道。但报道中媒体在批评、归因、反思的同时,忽视了心理高危群体的诉求。因此,媒体在报道此类事件时应从健康传播的角度对他们给予人文关怀,尽量阻断心理危机的爆发,避免事态恶化。
