In this paper some of the security problems of the periodical rotation SCIT model are analyzed.We propose an enhanced proactive-reactive intrusion tolerance approach,which can perform periodical proactive rotation and trigger reactive rotation by adding an intrusion detection module to adjust the rotation time.
