A hotspot in the field of water electrolysis is the synthesis of low-cost non-noble-metal efficient electrocatalysts with good conductivity.To synthesize intrinsically metallic electrocatalysts [1],or to prepare electrocatalysts on highly conductive substrates [2] are considered to be efficient strategies.
