DNA提取法对PCR扩增检测进境油菜籽携带茎基溃疡病菌的影响

2009年，我国将油菜茎基溃疡病列入进境植物检疫性有害生物名录，为建立适于进境油菜籽携带茎基溃疡病菌的DNA提取及检测方法，比较分析了5种DNA提取法对PCR扩增检测的影响。采用PVP、CTAB、Kit以及PVP+Kit、CTAB+Kit 5种方法对带菌种子进行DNA提取。
