We have prepared d device of MEH-PPV sandwiched between two layers.When the device excited by a sinusoidal voltage, two peaks (408nm and 580nm) were observed.The EL, photoluminescence (PL), transient EL and the dependence of EL intensity on the applied voltage and current were studied.There also appears the cathode luminescence-like emission, which means the CL-like emission not only can be observed by using SiO2 as electrons acceleration layer but also can be observed by using other materials as long as it can accelerate electrons such as Ta2O5.
