本文有效地解决了热机械疲劳试验中两项关键性的试验条件,即感应加热圈加热区域的温度均匀问题及应变和温度随机变化的同步问题。这些试验条件的解决,使热机械疲劳性能的研究得到满意的结果。
This paper effectively solves the two key experimental conditions in the thermo-mechanical fatigue test, namely the uniform temperature of the heating zone of the induction heating coil and the synchronization of the random changes of the strain and the temperature. The solution of these test conditions, the thermal mechanical fatigue properties of the study obtained satisfactory results.
