液相色谱-质谱联用(LC-MS)技术已成为一种强有力的分析手段,应用非常广泛.但是,当使用正相液相色谱(NPLC)时,纯有机溶剂流动相中的被分析物在电喷雾离子化过程中的离子化效率不高,常常需要添加剂来增强离子化,或者采用补充液来辅助离子化,这使得分析过程变得复杂化.
