Faeces samples are important noninvasive genetic materials for endangered and rare wild mamals.The explosion time of faece samples to the air should be tested according to local enviormental condation to decrease the investment of field sampling,and lower price of experimental protocal before PCR always need to be approved although a large body of researchs reported on this and many comercal stool DNA extraction kits was developed.
