　　In Thailand,there are many varieties of fruits that can be produced many kinds of fruit wine such as pineapple wine and passion fruit wine.Fruit wine have been developed for long time until they are well-known and accepted to consumer.Anyway,the production of grape wine has not been developed well because there are many factors that effect to the quality and taste of wine.
