特殊钢厂的轧钢节能技术,有许多地方是与普通钢厂相同的,就不赘述。本文只讨论特殊钢厂特殊的部分。其实,普通钢厂也产生相当数量的特殊钢,将其截然分开是有困难的。近几年来轧钢节能已取得很大的成绩,基本上是靠加强能源管理和小改小革措施,而靠设备更新,采用新工艺,技术改造节能的比重还很小。目前特殊钢厂的技术改造已提到日程上来,应该将节能工作紧密结合起来。当然,特殊钢质量与节能的关系也很密切,我国大部分特殊钢钢材与世界名牌相比,还有相当大的差距,如瑞典 SKF 轴承钢一吨能顶我国几吨,本身就是很大的节能,这个课题已有大量文章论述了。我国特殊钢生产装备和操作技术以及生产管理都比较落后,节能工作至今还来引起足够的重视,也是节能工作的一个薄弱环节。
