Teachers breathe life into the IB mission in schools all over the world, and the IB has myriad ways of supporting their professional development.Workshops, both face-to-face and online, are the backbone of IB professional development, and the IB has a quality assurance framework in place to ensure the high standards of these workshops.In addition, the IB also supports teachers as action-researchers and has also partnered universities worldwide to offer the IB educator certificates.
