Objective: To evaluate the efficacy in the combined treatment of breast atrophic scars after surgery with crystallitic dermabrasion and water augmentation aflirm double wave fractional photothermolysis (FP)laser.Methods: Eighty-five patients with breast atrophic scars after surgery were enrolled in the study.All patients were treated with crystallitic dermabrasion by 2~3 times at 7~10days intervals.After 7~10days of the treatment, all cases received water augmentation affirm double wave fractional photothermolysis (FP)laser treatment by 2~3times at 7~10days intervals.All patients received 0.5~1year follow-up after the treatment.Results: The total effective rate was 100%.No severe side effect was observed.Conclusions: Combined application of crystallitic dermabrasion and photothermolysis laser is effective and safe in the treatment of breast atrophic scars after surgery, the side effects was rare, It providing a new therapeutic option for atrophic scars.
