本文报导了39块钢筋混凝土简支方板在短期荷载作用下的试验结果与分析。试件以配置无明显流幅的冷拔低碳钢丝绑扎网为主,辅以软钢配筋的试件作为比较。试验结果表明:冷拔低碳钢丝混凝土双向板可以偏于安全的用塑性较线方法进行强度设计,其使用性能和延性指标也能满足常规设计要求。根据试验结果,本文对简支板的薄膜效应进行了讨论,并提出了混凝土双向板中钢丝设计强度的取值建议,供规范修订和设计人员参考。
This paper reports the test results and analysis of 39 simple reinforced concrete slabs subjected to short-term loading. The test specimens were mainly composed of cold drawing low carbon steel wire binding nets with no significant flow amplitude, and soft steel steel reinforcement test specimens as comparison. The test results show that cold-drawn low-carbon steel concrete two-way plates can be safely used for strength design with the plastic line method, and its performance and ductility indicators can also meet the conventional design requirements. According to the experimental results, this paper discusses the thin film effect of the simple support plate, and puts forward suggestions for the value of the design strength of the steel wire in the concrete two-way plate, which can be used for the specification revision and the reference of the designers.
