Spinel LiMn2O4 particle was successfully synthesized by the acetone hydrothermal method with low temperature,in which the spinel LiMn2O4 was directly synthesized from the hydrothermal reaction without further sintered in the high temperature.X-ray diffraction (XRD),Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) showed that the samples were LiMn2O4 with the spinel morphology.The electrochemical performance showed that the sample had a high initial discharge capacity of 128.9 mAh/g.Moreover,it exhibited excellent cycling maintaining 14.2% of its initial discharge capacity after 100 charge-discharge cycles.
