本研究应用新一代高通量测序技术Illumina HiseqTM 2000对百合索邦的根、鳞片、茎皮、叶、花瓣、柱头六组织等量混合样进行测序,并结合Trinity软件进行无参转录组重头拼接,最终获得了49,991条表达序列标签,其平均长度为673 bp.通过与NCBI公共数据库中非冗余蛋白数据库、Swiss-Prot蛋白数据库、京东基因与基因组百科全书数据库以及直系同源蛋白数据库的联配与比较,全部表达序列标签中的39,658条表达序列标签被预测了编码区.
