公共服务一体化建设是统筹城乡发展、消除地域差距的重要举措。两型社会背景下,构建城市圈公共服务一体化建设又赋予了公共服务一体化建设新的内涵和更广阔的意义。构建城市圈公共服务一体化建设是消除行政界限、实现各种资源要素合理流动和优化配置的重要保证,也是推动城市圈建设的重要基础。武汉城市圈建设中积极进行实践探索与制度创新,对如何推进公共服务一体化建设进行开拓性“破题”。
