Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of a new compound XJ-1 isolated from Chinese herb Dragon Blood on rat with acute cerebral ischemia injury.Methods: Middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) model was prepared on rats by thread-blocking internal carotid artery,and the model rats were given intraperitoneal injection with different doses of XJ-1.
