　　Over the past decades, there has been an increasing interest in the dynamics of neural networks with time delays since the pioneering work of Marcus and Westervelt[1].The neural networks with time delays may exhibit various kinds of dynamical behaviors, such as periodic waves, quasi-periodic oscillations, and chaotic phenomena.As the dynamics of neural networks with time delays is very rich and complicated, the mathematical models of the neural networks with time delays of concern are usually simplified by either restricting the size of the networks or considering the networks with simple architectures [2-7].
