在普通的高温拉伸机上施行增速拉伸法能更好地进行超塑性拉伸试验。本文探讨了该法的数学原理,分析了它对载荷及试样变形的影响。通过对Ti—451合金超塑变形试验发现,采用该法,材料能表现出更为真实而优越的超塑性能。这对于材料的超塑成形生产具有重要的指导意义。
Superplastic tensile testing can be better performed by applying the accelerated stretching method to ordinary high-temperature drawing machines. This paper discusses the mathematical principle of this method and analyzes its influence on load and sample deformation. Through the superplastic deformation test of Ti-451 alloy, it is found that the material can show more true and superior superplasticity performance. This is of great importance to the superplastic forming of the material.
