研究背景：IL-37是近年来发现的白介素1家族成员之一，在多种疾病过程中发挥抗炎功能，但IL-37是否影响过敏性哮喘所知甚少。过敏性哮喘是一种常见的呼吸道疾病，临床表现以嗜酸性粒细胞浸润为主的肺部炎症，嗜酸性粒细胞浸润与气道高反应性及哮喘严重程度密切相关，目前尚无有效疗法。
