内窥镜下(METRx)腰椎管减压、椎间融合、经皮椎弓根螺钉(Sextant)内固定的临床应用

　　Objective:To evaluate the surgical treatment of diskectomy,spinal canal decompression,cage implantation and Sextant lumbar fixation using METRx operation system in patients with the lumbar disc herniation and segmental instability.Method:From 2004 to 2006,19 patients including 12 male and 7 female were treated in our department.The age range from 32 to 69 (mean:47.9).Etiologies included L4,5 disc herniation combined with degenerative spondylolithesis (6 cases),L5S1 disc herniation combined with degenerative spondylolithesis (9 cases),spondylolithesis with defect of pars interarticularis at LA level (1 case),spondylolithesis with defect of pars interarticularis at L5 level (2 cases),recurrent lumbar disc herniation at L4,5 level(2 cases),and recurrent lumbar disc herniation at L4,5 level (2 cases).All the patients suffered from low back pain and/or radicular syndrome to some extent,of which 13 patient complaint of both the back pain and radicular syndrome.
