本文讨论了我们设计的一种符合美国 MIL-STD-1553B 和我国 GJB289-87数据总线标准的总线接口芯片,投片后已获得所要求的功能。该芯片采用全定制设计,约有一万晶体管,芯片面积5.9×6.7mm~2。芯片设计全过程均在我们自己开发的 NPU VLSI CAD 系统上完成的。
This article discusses a bus interface chip that we designed that meets the US MIL-STD-1553B and our GJB289-87 data bus standard and has achieved the required functionality after being cast. The chip uses a fully custom design, about one million transistors, the chip area of 5.9 × 6.7mm ~ 2. The whole process of chip design is done on our own NPU VLSI CAD system.
