京津冀城市群协同发展成为我国新时期的国家战略。深入评估协同发展政策实施效果对于不断完善协同发展政策、推动京津冀协同发展具有现实意义。本文以京津冀城市群作为研究对象，通过构建协同政策变量对协同效果变量的脉冲响应函数模型，揭示了协同政策实施效果随时间的演变趋势，弥补了既有研究缺少定量化评估协同政策实施效果的不足。通过分解脉冲响应函数模型的残差，刻画政策变量的残差变化一个单位标准差后，政策变量与效果变量
