宁镇地区大地构造位置位于扬子陆块区-下扬子陆块分区-下扬子(苏皖)前陆盆地的中部,其北西临秦祁昆造山系,南东接武夷-云开-台湾造山系(潘桂堂等,2009)。本区属长江中下游铁、铜、铅锌、金多金属成矿带的重要组成部分,在岩体、构造和层位的有利条件下,形成铜铁等矽卡岩型、热液型及层控型多金属矿床,是江苏省寻找多金属矿产的最有远景地区之一,亦为全国重要的找矿远景
The tectonism of Ningzhen is located in the middle part of the Yangtze block-Lower Yangtze sub-region-Lower Yangtze (Su-Wan) foreland basin. Its northwest is adjacent to the Qinqi-Kun orogen, and to the east is Wuyi-Yunkai-Taiwan orogenic belt Et al., 2009). The area is an important part of the iron, copper, lead, zinc and gold polymetallic metallogenic belts in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. Under the favorable conditions of rock mass, structure and horizon, there are formed skarn types such as copper and iron, hydrothermal type and Stratotype-controlled polymetallic deposits are one of the most prospective areas in Jiangsu that are looking for polymetallic minerals and are also important prospecting prospects in the country
