According to a new method of enhancement condensation heat transfer by improving vapor quality presented by X.F.Peng, this presentation introduces how to construct this kind of liquid-vapor separation condenser (LSC).The condenser is designed as a multi-pass parallel-flow heat exchanger with a pair of header, in which some special baffles with holes are used as liquid-vapor separators.The structure of the header with apertured baffle is a crucial design point need to be investigated well, which determines the separation efficiency and refrigerant circuitry strategy.
