Polyimide (PI) is well-known as high-performance polymeric engineering material with excellent mechanical, thermal and electrical properties, so it has been widely used in many applications, such as microelectronics, mechanical and aerospace industries, etc.[1].As PI is generally insoluble in any solvents, it is thermally or chemically converted from precursor polyamic acid (PAA) dissolved in aprotic polar solvents such as N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP), N.N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) and N,N-dimethylformamide (DM F)[2].The process involves simultaneous imidization, evaporation of residual solvent and crystallization, so it is very complicated and the final mierostructure and properties of PI f(i)lm highly depends on the process [3].
