Introducing fluorine or fluoro-containing group into nitrogen heterocycles might provide potential drugs because introducing fluorine into organic molecular could significantly changes their property.Our efforts focus on the development transition metal-catalyzed fluorination of alkenes,[1] in which fluorination of C-M bonds was involved for the formation of C-F bonds.[2-6] Specifically, those catalytic system can be used to synthesize a variety of fluorinated heterocycles, which might be used as potential skeleton for the new drugs.
