To examine the relationship between time dependent strain and stress behaviors, creep and stress relaxation tests were done for geosynthetic reinforcements e.g, geotextiles and geogrids.Firstly, initial and later relaxation times for stress relaxation behaviors of geosynthetics were derived from the constitutive equations.
