Objective To study the curative effect of strong kidney-Du Fa to the Bone mineral density,Osteoprotegerin and Biochemical Makers of Bone Metabolism of osteoporosis and osteopenia patients with ankylosing spondylitis.methods:A total of 200 ankylosing spondylitis patients with osteoporosis or osteopenia treated with strong kidney-Du Fa for six months,inspected the lumbar spine and femoral neck and Wards triangle and trochanter BMD,inspected the OPG,BGP,H-CT,PTH,BAP,CICP,DPD,CTX,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protien,BathAS Functional Index (BASFI),Bath AS Disease Activity Index (BASDAI),symptom of the patients before and after treatment.
