Recent advances have shown increasing designs of nucleic acid organizations through controlling thermodynamics and kinetics of oligonucleotides.[1-3] However,deeper understanding and further applications of these DNA nanotechnologies are largely hurdled by the lack of effective analytical methodologies capable of probing them.
