Background:The presence of free fluid without solid organ injury in patients with blunt abdominal injury (BAT)unceasingly presentadi a gnostic dilemma for the surgeon.The purpose of this study is to analysis the incidence of unexplained free fluid in BAT and itsdiagnostic significance in hollow viscus injury.
