基于偶应力理论的功能梯度微梁的热弹性阻尼分析

热弹性阻尼是微机电结构内部耗能的主要形式。本文基于偶应力理论建立了功能梯度微梁结构的热力耦合控制方程，考虑了功能梯度微梁在小尺度时的热弹性阻尼。采用分层均匀化的方法，给出了一种半解析的功能梯度微梁自由振动时内部温度场的求解方法，并以此为基础得到功能梯度微梁在不同振动模态下的热弹性阻尼。
