　　Birds are the most species-rich class of tetrapod vertebrates[1].In all kinds of ecological environment,about 10,000 kinds of bird species distribute in the earth.Because the birds have experienced a species eruption in 66 million years ago,the study of the origin and differentiation history of modem birds is a great challenge that it has puzzled human beings for years.
