Using plastid DNA sequences (2 -4 sequences) and nriTS,the phylogenetic relationships of the tribe/subtribe Collabieae,Dendro binae,Neottieae and Orchideae were assessed as a basis for revising their tribal and generic delimitati on.Our results indicated that these tribes/ subtribes are supported asmonophyletic,however,about 70 ％ genera are not monophyletic.
