　　Applications of chromatography technologies have become more and more important as the basic chromatography theory and technologies have been treading to maturity.One of the challenges is the application of the technology in the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry.From the perspectives and experiences in both chromatography technology and pharmaceutical product development, the challenges and opportunities of applying the chromatography theory and technology in the pharmaceutical analyses will be discussed.
