干涉配合是改善铆接接头疲劳性能和钉孔自身密封性能的一项有效的工艺措施。目前干涉量大小的确定仅凭经验或试验结果,而本文提出一个通用的计算有效最小干涉量的工程方法,给出了一个便于应用的计算公式:探讨了材料特性和应力状态对干涉配合量选取的影响:给出了飞机结构常用有效最小干涉量数据表。
Interference with interference is to improve the fatigue properties of riveted joints and nail hole seal itself an effective process measures. At present, the size of the interference is determined only by experience or test results. In this paper, a general engineering method to calculate the effective minimum interference is proposed, and an easy-to-use calculation formula is given. The material properties and the stress state are discussed. Effect: The commonly used effective minimum interference data sheet for aircraft structures is given.
