本文对－１０．００Ｄ以下的１２３７眼准分子激光角膜切削术前及术后２年病人的裸眼视力，矫正视力，屈光情况及角膜屈光力，角膜透明性做了对比分析，结果显示轻、中、重三组病人的正视率分别为７８．５％、７６．３％、４５．６％，过矫率分别为２１．５％、２１．６％、３．２％，欠矫率分别为０、２．１％、４２．４％，证明此手术是目前治疗近视的一种安全，有效，预测性强的方法
