In China,graphical methods have increasingly aroused interest in geography education research as a critical method of teaching geographic concepts.Previous studies mostly combined graphical methods with case presentations,instead of following “How to design graphics to be more scientific,How to evaluate the effectiveness of graphical methods?" and so on.This paper introduces an experimental design with a learning assessment scale,created independently to compare two groups and explore effectiveness of graphical methods in teaching geographic concepts,using examples of agricultural regions.The results discovered and summarized the improvement strategies about graphical methods in teaching geographic concepts.
