In this paper, continuous pulse technique was used to measure the electromotive force between the two electrodes while observing the electrolyte wettability of the carbon electrode in the non-wall electrolytic cell. The results show that when the graphite carbon plate is used as anode, the wetting angle initially increases with the increase of the potential of the graphite carbon plate, and then decreases slightly. However, when the graphite carbon plate is used as the cathode, the wetting angle varies with the carbon potential Reduce and straight down. The experiment found that at a potential of 0.4-1.6V, the wetting angle has a maximum value of about 1.1V, which corresponds to the lowest point of the electric double layer capacitor at this potential, so it corresponds to zero charge potential. The above results are in contrast with the potential scan, further explaining the polarization and wetting when the electrode commutated.
