无反应性社区获得性肺炎的诊治进展
目的 无反应性社区获得性肺炎是指患者接受初始感染治疗后，病情无好转或恶化。其在CAP中的发病率可达到30％。目前，对这类患者的诊断和治疗仍为CAP的难点。本文对目前无反应性肺炎的病因和诊治进展进行综述。方法 通过复习文献，确定无反应性肺炎的定义、病因，分析导致治疗失败的危险因素，并提出进一步的诊治策略。

军团菌肺炎评分系统临床应用价值的评估
目的 探讨CBPIS和瑞士评分系统对诊断军团菌肺炎的临床应用价值。方法 病例组为25例社区获得性军团菌肺炎患者，对照组为50例非军团菌感染的CAP患者。收集入选患者的一般特征及评分系统包含的临床症状及实验室检查结果，并进行评分，绘制出ROC曲线，计算各参数曲线下面积、敏感性和特异性，评估两种评分系统的临床应用价值。
