Transparent conductive electrodes are essential for optoelectronic devices,such as touch screens,solar cells,and organic light-emitting diodes.Indium tin oxide films are the dominating commercial application transparent electrode material with excellent electronic performances,except for film brittleness,scarcity of materials,and high processing temperatures.[1] As alternatives to indium tin oxide,emerging materials including conducting polymers,carbon nanotube and graphene,and metal nanowires have been reported.
